Starting on hands and knees (making sure the toes are NOT curled under) a front-drop is done then the body is turned horizontally 180 degrees to fall into another front landing. The turn is initiated by pushing with the right hand on take-off (if twisting left) and with the left hand (if twisting right).
Tucking in the arms and knees in whilst turning minimises the turning force needed.

This move is often done from a lower bounce than most moves as it can be difficult to land flat if control is lost in the air. Generally the higher you bounce the more likely you are to lose control.
