This is taken-off into a normal seat-drop. On coming out of the first seat landing a turn is done as if doing seat-drop half twist to feet. But then the feet are pushed forwards, before landing, to fall into the seat position.
The second two swivel-hips shown in this video are with a half twist to feet after the second seat landing. This isnít always done with swivel-hips but is a nice addition.
When turning after the first seat landing, the feet are brought UNDERNEATH the person travelling in a straight line and not around to the side.
Practicing seat-drop half twist to feet followed by a seat drop is a progression up to swivel hips which helps to learn bringing the feet through in a straight line underneath the body. It also helps with getting used to the feeling of the move.
