NOTES:
• Same principle as for normal back bounces.
• Now a straddle shape, then pike and then tuck are made at the top of the bounce.
• The shapes are only made for a split second so as to prepare for landing.
• Reaching for the toes during the pike and straddle shapes helps retain balance.
