This shows another progression up to performing a seat-drop to front-drop with legs straight and together.
Legs are kept straight but during the time between the seat landing and front landing the legs form a straddle shape.
This is reducing the risk of scraping the feet along the bed if there is not enough height. But as you can see in the slow motion there is plenty of height to stop this happening in this particular instance so it would be ok to progress to having the legs together and straight.
Although a progression, this is a great move in it's own right!
