NOTES:
• This is a progression up to performing seat-drop to front-drop with straight legs.
• On coming out of the seat-drop the knees are tucked up and the feet are pushed backwards opening out to land in front-drop.
• The head is kept up and hands low in order to prepare for the front landing.
• It is worth noting that a good progression for this move is to do a seat-drop, then a bounce back up to feet, then straight away going into a front from the feet.
