NOTES:
• In this move the arms are stretched UP into the take-off and hips are pushed forwards. Leaning back slightly will ensure landing in the correct seat-drop position.
• When coming back up to feet you can see the arms have stretched UP. Stretching up again before bringing the arms back down for the landing helps in gaining lift out of the seat-drop.
