NOTES:
• From low bounces the feet have been pushed forwards on take-off and the body is leant back slightly to land in the seat-drop position.
• The hands should be positioned just behind the bottom with fingers facing forwards and elbows slightly bent.
• If fingers face sideways or backwards injury is likely to occur.
• In the second seat-drop height has been slightly increased. This should always be done gradually over time to safely build confidence.
