This begins by pushing the feet BACKWARDS (as indicated by the arrow on the photo). A 180 degrees turn is done by rotating the shoulders on take-off and looking around for the mat behind to land in the seat-drop position.
In this video, the seat landing is rather upright and would ideally be leant back a bit more to make the landing more comfortable.
