NOTES:
• With a crash mat in place, the hands are ready and elbows out.
• Starting with the knees bent, the front drop has been 'jumped into' by pushing the feet backwards just as in progression #1.
• This time the tummy is aimed to land where the FEET took off. This prevents from diving into the move.
• It is ensured that there is a lift UP into the front-drop which prevents from landing on the chest first (chest heavy).
