NOTES:
• Back-drop is shown here whilst reaching UP into move
• Hips are pushed upwards (indicated by upwards arrow) and feet forwards so as to not travel backwards and to have straight body position until reaching top of bounce.
• At top of bounce hips have started to bend whilst keeping legs straight to fall into correct back-drop position.
• The body is allowed to sink into the bed for it to then push back up to feet.
